There’s a one-day celebration party taking place at Oval Space with Blossoms headlining the bill. Joining Blossoms are South London’s Shame – primed to bring an in-your-face energy to proceedings. Rising from the bristling South London scene, Shame captured attention with their acclaimed debut album ‘Songs Of Praise’ – performing hundreds of shows around the globe and grabbing plaudits at every turn. Park Hotel bring cocktails of continental disco-influenced pop – proving why they’ve been lighting up festival stages and shows across Europe with their carnival of sound. Also on the lineup: Hackney Colliery Band, Rob Da Bank, Mystery Jets (DJ set), with more to be announced.
Try a brand new Blossoms IPA ‘SK_Brew” brewed by the band and Goose Island, which will be unveiled at the Hop Party. The band has a strong connection to beer having named themselves after their local public house, The Blossoms in Stockport and they regularly pop in to record their acclaimed Pubcast. To honour their performance, Blossoms and the Goose Island head brewer have collaborated to create Blossoms’ SK–Brew. This IPA has a deep and layered hop character from start to finish with notes of mango, grapefruit and pine and has an ABV of 6.4%.
There will also be Street Food, Rockaoke, and relocating for one day only from its spiritual home in Shoreditch, The Goose Island Brewpub will be setting up shop, bringing Goose Island beers including Midway Session IPA, Goose IPA, Golden Goose, Sour Sisters and BCS alongside Blossoms’ SK-Brew.
