Roundhouse Three Sixty 1–30 April

What has tra­di­tion­al­ly been In the Round Fes­ti­val at the Round­house, Cam­den, has now changed to Round­house Three Six­ty. For one epic month, there’s music, spo­ken word, the­atre, visu­al arts, pod­casts, and club night. Corinne Bai­ley Rae, Sherel­le­land, Sona Jobarteh and the Phil­har­mo­nia, Love to Love You Baby: Don­na Sum­mer Reimag­ined are just a few events hap­pen­ing over the month. Takedown 4–5 April

Bad Fri­day is a bbq all-day­er fea­tur­ing eight bands – from Belfast’s garage punk trio Jock, chan­nel­ing the ener­gy of riot grrrl icons, to the fem­i­nist garage-rock of The Baby Seals, and the math-rock-made-sexy sounds of Brighton’s SLAG. Also alt-rock ener­gy of alright (okay), Bristol’s alt-rock Dead­head­ing, goth­ic dark­wave of Bor­der Wid­ow, the sto­ry­telling of Dogvi­o­let, and the fuzzy indie rock of woon. The Winter’s End 24–27 April

It’s prog heav­en. Win­ters End 2025 com­pletes line­up with Airbag, Haze, Cre­do and Lesoir at Chep­stow Drill Hall, Low­er Church St, Chep­stow. Yes trib­ute band Yes Please will be join­ing Sky­lines in a dou­ble head­er on the Thurs­day pre-fes­ti­val bash. Ear­ly bird tick­ets at just £120 for the week­end (Fri­day-Sun­day) or £135 for the com­plete fes­ti­val (Thurs­day-Sun­day) are still  avail­able on the Store page, as are Thurs­day night tick­ets at just £15.

Brick Lane Jazz 25–27 April

Over three days at the Tru­man Brew­ery, Vil­lage Under­ground, Rough Trade East, Rich Mix and oth­er venues, Brick Lane Jazz Fes­ti­val show­cas­es a selec­tion of artists mak­ing the biggest waves on London’s vibrant jazz scene today. There are hun­dreds of artists tak­ing part, among them Sans Soucis, Katie Tup­per, Rio Rainz Ragz Orig­i­nale, Move 78, KO Quar­tet, Allexa Nava… check out the web­site for the full list. Sound City 2–4 May

Sound City is the des­ti­na­tion for dis­cov­er­ing the fresh­est tal­ent in music. Kick­ing off with the Sound City+ Con­fer­ence on Fri­day May 2nd, fol­lowed by the mul­ti-venue fes­ti­val across May 3rd-4th, this year’s line­up includes The Roys­ton Club, Nieve Ella, Rianne Downey, Over­pass, Pan­ic Shack, Siob­han Winifred, The Cheap Thrills, The Clause, Clif­fords, The Stingrays, Bet­ter Joy, TTSSFU. The one-day music bash is return­ing to the fes­ti­val cir­cuit. Ris­ing-up in Bristol’s Mar­ble Fac­to­ry, Gigan­tic will be back with a colos­sal line-up of clas­sic indie sounds, stacked across 12 hours. Inspi­ral Car­pets head­line, with Ned’s Atom­ic Dust­bin, Jim Bob, The Dar­ling Buds and par­ty with Bez. Brixton Disco Festival 3 May

This event takes place at a vari­ety of venues around Brix­ton – Elec­tric Brix­ton, Brix­ton Jamm, Phonox (New Venue), Brix­ton Vil­lage, Ritzy and Black Cul­tur­al Archives for the sev­enth year. Get­ting you into seri­ous dance mode are Bar­bara Tuck­er, French music pro­duc­er and DJ Dim­itri From Paris, DJ Spin­na, Faith spe­cial guest Fran­cois K, Mel­vo Bap­tiste, MiN­NA, nation­al trea­sure Nor­man Jay MBE, Omar, and Amsterdam’s ris­ing star Ton­no Disko. Apart from live music, there will be DJs, screen­ings, talks, food and drink in the venues sur­round­ing Brix­ton’s icon­ic Win­drush Square. From 3pm to 3am. Brix­ton Dis­co Festival

Sheffield­’s great all-day­er takes place with head­lin­ers Eng­lish Teacher, B C Camp­light, Moon­land­ingz, Divorce, Swim Deep plus loads more. At Kel­ham Island and Neepsend. Dub Pistols Boat Party Saturday 17 May

Not sure if this is a fes­ti­val but it looks fun. All aboard the Dub Boat (The Dutch Mas­ter) for the third Dub Pis­tols Boat Par­ty, 12.45pm till 5pm.
