Duck & Dive festival 6–8 February

Indoor Festival of Folk 7 February

Live & Loud 27–28 February

Live & Loud at Print­works Man­ches­ter is offer­ing a free, two-day fes­ti­val cham­pi­oning Manchester’s music scene, bring­ing togeth­er an eclec­tic line-up of DJs and live acts from the city 27–28 Feb­ru­ary cul­mi­nat­ing in a head­line set from 90s house leg­ends and Gram­my Award nom­i­nat­ed K‑Klass. And tick­ets are FREE. Friday’s line up (4pm–10pm) opens with Man­ches­ter DJ Matt Hydes, while Sat­ur­day Saturday’s pro­gramme (2pm–10pm) kicks off with inter­na­tion­al DJ Emma Ellis. The Essex Ska & Reggae festival 21 February

The Essex Indoor SKA & REGGAE Fes­ti­val comes to The Pad­docks in Can­vey Island with live per­for­mances from The Bob Mar­ley Expe­ri­ence, The Moochers with more to be announced. Host­ed by DJ Ska n Mash. From 5pm til 11pm, per­for­mance starts at 6pm. Tick­ets to the Ska and Reg­gae festival

Immersed Festival 7 March

Immersed fes­ti­val heads back to Cardiff for an action-packed fusion of music, film, art, fash­ion and  the­atre. There’s a month-long cel­e­bra­tion of cre­ativ­i­ty and imag­i­na­tion, fea­tur­ing over 30 bands and artists across four themed stages. Head­lin­ing this year’s fes­ti­val are acclaimed six-piece CVC, bring­ing their elec­tri­fy­ing sound to Cardiff’s Tramshed on 7th March. Tick­ets for Immersed

Country to Country 13–15 March

Coun­try to Coun­try will bring coun­try music head­lin­ers togeth­er in three loca­tions for one week­end! Way­lon Wyatt, Tyler Braden, Kei­th Urban, Ash­ley Cooke and more. Tick­ets to Coun­try to Coun­try, Lon­don. Coun­try to Coun­try also takes place in Belfast and Glas­gow.

Keep Walking Live: Manchester 13–15 March

Check out this three-day, city-wide takeover cel­e­brat­ing pio­neer­ing music move­ments. Mark­ing the first-ever city-wide edi­tion of the ini­tia­tive, tak­ing over Manchester’s revered venues and spaces: SOUP, New Cen­tu­ry, East­ern Bloc, and Impi­ety Hour. The pro­gramme spot­lights a curat­ed mix of home­grown tal­ent and inter­na­tion­al­ly acclaimed names includ­ing DJ EZ, KOKOROKO, Ven­na and Nubya Gar­cia. Also on the line­up: Manchester’s own Anz, NTS stal­wart Finn. Man­ches­ter-based DJs Kusasa plus Charisse C, and Cap­tain Lulaz, both alum­ni of the John­nie Walk­er x Dankie Sounds Bold Steps ini­tia­tive. Louder Than War 14 March

John Rob­b’s very own Man­ches­ter day event with Sea Pow­er, Pale Blue Eyes, Ben­e­fits, The Emp­ty Page, House­of All and plen­ty more over the day. More to be announced too. All tak­ing place at Man­ches­ter Acad­e­my, kick­off at 2pm. Loud­er than War Live 

raveCAVE 14 March

The Leg­ends Return.… from 1pm ‑12. Last entry 6pm. rave­CAVE returns to Scot­land’s orig­i­nal Rave Mec­ca. With Slip­matt, Trevor Reil­ly, David Forbes, Mark Sher­ry, George Bowie (Anthems Set) and much more to be announced. Tick­ets here for rave­CAVE

So Long, Good Friday 3 April

This is a new mul­ti-venue all-day­er in Liv­er­pool show­cas­ing the best new music at an afford­able price with a head­line set from Fat Dog. South Lon­don haiku-lov­ing trio Hon­eyglaze and Chicago’s indie-rock­ers Brigitte Calls Me Baby will close out their own stages, with more head­lin­ers to be announced. The ini­tial line­up also includes Hal­i­fax Heav­en­ly band The Orielles, Wigan-born alt-rock­star TTSSFU and Manchester’s Sil­ver­wingkiller, Mikey Cal­lis­to, World News, Curios­i­ty Shop, Pevo­va, Kiss­ing Peo­ples and Dave Lofts. Takedown Festival 3–4 April

The Portsmouth Guild­hall is the place to be for this annu­al event. Bands tak­ing part include The Hara, Saint Agnes, Mould, Pave, Vexed, Vow­er, The Wild­hearts and many more. For tick­ets, click here

MPF2026. Man­ches­ter Punk Fes­ti­val will be tak­ing place across East­er week­end, 3–5 April and there will be over 140 acts play­ing across 7 venues. Dead To Me, Clob­ber, Perkie, Slow Gherkin, Dave Hause, The Men­stru­al Cramps, Soap­box and loads more. Scot­land’s longest run­ning fes­ti­val of exper­i­men­tal and mar­gin­al music is back. Coun­ter­flows Fes­ti­val, in Glas­gow, is four days of live music from some of the most inter­est­ing artists work­ing on the fringes today. This edi­tion will fea­ture an inter­na­tion­al pro­gram of per­for­mances, new projects, col­lab­o­ra­tions and com­mis­sions, club nights, hang-outs, dis­cus­sions and more. Brick Lane Jazz Festival 24 – 26 April

There’s a stag­ger­ing num­ber of artists tak­ing part in this year’s three-day Brick Lane Jazz Fes­ti­val – Bri­an Back­son, Kyra, Foot­shoot­er, Ali­ci, Boni­ta, King­zoogian­na and many more. The UK’s pre­mier exper­i­men­tal music fes­ti­val, Super­son­ic returns to Dig­beth, Birm­ing­ham where the film pro­gramme, work­shops and exhi­bi­tions are as para­mount to the event’s atmos­phere as the live per­for­mances. The UK’s pre­mier inde­pen­dent Ston­er Rock, Doom, Psych & Sludge fes­ti­val that takes place in Cam­den at five venues, The Devon­shire Arms, The Black Heart, The Round­house, Under­world and the Elec­tric Ball­room. Highways 15 – 17 May

High­ways is a fes­ti­val of Amer­i­cana and coun­try music held over two days at the Roy­al Albert Hall in Lon­don. The two-day fest also promis­es after shows, late night spe­cials, a song­writer gath­er­ing, and coun­try for kids. Car­ly Pearce, Jim Laud­erdale, Emmy­lou Har­ris and Kaitlin Butts – plus more – are per­form­ing. The sec­ond out­ing for this Lon­don-wide cul­tur­al cel­e­bra­tion fea­tures plen­ty of music at var­i­ous venues around Lon­don. There’s an excit­ing mix of emerg­ing artists on the line­up, such as Meryl Streek, Rat­boys, Sarah Blasko and Girl Scout with plen­ty more to be announced. Dot to Dot festival 23–24 May
