Dagger, the fifth album for Ist Ist, was only released last Friday, but is already riding high at number 3 in the Official Charts.

Say IST IST: “So we may or may not be in a chart battle here… we’re very much in the hunt for our first ever Top 20 album and we might also be able to have a go at cracking the Top 10. If you haven’t ordered your copy of ‘DAGGER’ or claimed the download which came with your purchase, now is the time to do it. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us and this release, we wouldn’t be here without you but we’re not quite done yet. Keep it coming and let’s see where we end up on Friday!”

Dagger was produced with Joe Cross. Self-funded, self-recorded, and released independently via their own Kind Violence Records imprint, Dagger is the band’s most direct album yet.

Ist Ist are back appearing live around the UK and Ireland.
