Sparks have announced extra live dates across Europe, adding to a run of dates that sees them per­form in New Zealand for the first time as well as shows in Japan, Aus­tralia, the UK and France. 

Hav­ing pre­vi­ous­ly announced head­line shows in Lon­don, Black­pool and Bournemouth, plus sold out gigs in Bris­tol and Glas­gow, Sparks will return to York and Southend-on-Sea, both cities where they last played in 1974.

The new­ly added dates are:
Thurs­day 20 August – Nether­lands, Nijmegen, Open­luchtthe­ater De Gof­fert
Tues­day 25 August – UK, York Bar­bi­can
Wednes­day 26 August – UK, Southend-on-Sea, Cliffs Pavil­ion
Sat­ur­day 29 August – Bel­gium, Antwerp, De Roma
