They know how to pump out the bangers and get the crowds going. Fat Dog’s lat­est track has just been released as fes­ti­val sea­son draws to a close. Call It What You Want was debuted at Woof­s­tock show in Bermond­sey (see the video, below).

Call It What You Want suits the flam­boy­ant front­man Joe Evans, it’s a rous­ing and anthemic num­ber that is designed for live shows and a mosh pit. Although I do hope the band don’t aban­don their dis­tinc­tive east­ern and klezmer ele­ments that give this band a tru­ly dis­tinc­tive edge. 

The track is the fourth from their sec­ond album Can­cel Me (I’m Tired) to be released on Octo­ber 2nd, via Domi­no. Talk­ing about the sin­gle, front man Joe Love says, “That’s me look­ing at peo­ple in my fam­i­ly and their prob­lems and think­ing, ‘Is it gonna be the same for me? Is it in my DNA?’”

The band have con­firmed their first ever tour in Aus­tralia plus tour dates (for full list check out their web­site).
