The Cork-based four-piece band Lit­tle Known have become known for their emo­tive, gui­tar-dri­ven sound that blends atmos­pher­ic rock with rich instru­men­ta­tion. The band’s pre­vi­ous sin­gles Lis­ten and Slow Daze and debut album As It Is, released in 2023 have helped estab­lish their pres­ence in the Irish music scene. 

Their lat­est sin­gle is Head­wreck and it’s a blis­ter­ing and emo­tion­al num­ber with a Nir­vana-esque feel to its melan­cholic vers­es and the dense beau­ty of the cho­rus. Lit­tle Known adept­ly pitch that bal­ance between del­i­cate and pow­er­ful just right. And the shoegazey ele­ment take the song up a notch, imbu­ing this gor­geous­ly lay­ered num­ber with a dreamy quality.

With a grow­ing fan­base and a sound that con­tin­ues to evolve, Lit­tle Known are carv­ing out their place as one of Ireland’s most excit­ing emerg­ing bands. There’s a cou­ple of live per­for­mances com­ing up soon.
